Hunting in North Bay

North Bay and the surrounding area is a hunter’s paradise. We are surrounded by many forests containing plenty of wildlife for you to hunt. Regardless of season, you can be sure to have a great hunting experience. 

In the area you’ll find plenty of deer, partridge, moose, duck, geese, black bears, and more. Whether you’re hunting small game or big game, there’s something for everybody. 

Some popular spots in the area include Camp Horizon, Island Lake Camp, Lake Herridge Lodge, Moose Point Cottages, and Red Cedar Lake Camp.  

North Bay is host to various hunting tournaments throughout the season and are a great way to try something new, bond with others, and feel accomplished, regardless of whether you win. Local hunters are always excited for these tournaments, and it’s easy to see why.
